We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead regulatory projects/ programmes on a Group level and manage projects related to authority interactions. The job entails a high level of senior management exposure.

Group Regulatory Management is responsible for identifying and driving regulatory changes across the Nordea Group and for managing and advising on authority interactions.
Our team - Regulatory Implementation - is responsible for driving complex regulatory change projects with group-wide impact and for managing and driving larger deliveries to our supervisory authorities, for example in relation to on-site inspections.

You will need your skills as a facilitator, organiser, manager and motivator to reach high-end quality results that combine regulatory compliance with customer satisfaction along with strong stakeholder management skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Independently structure and drive projects and programmes at Group level
- Manage stakeholders on all organisational levels effectively and efficiently
- Manage exposure to senior management across the bank on proficiency level
- Ensure progress on deliveries across the Group according to the set milestones
- Act as a valued sparring partner and mentor of Project Managers in your projects and in our team
- Work on strategic development as well as different projects
The role is based in Helsinki; Copenhagen; Stockholm.

Your profile and background:
- A thorough analytical approach and capability to lead a project team on matters with high level of responsibility
- Experience in business development in an agile and cross country organisation and/or experience in working with financial processes would be an asset
- Capable and motivated to quickly and efficiently pick-up new topics with a high level of complexity
- Proven strong team-spirit and outgoing personality ensuring coordination within the team and with all internal and external stakeholders, as well as great communication skills, both spoken and written in English and preferably also in one of the Nordic languages
- Certifications in relevant project methodologies
- A master’s / bachelor’s degree within business, law, economics
- It is seen as an advantage if you have experience in IT project management or experience working with regulatory /compliance projects
