Major Responsibilities:- Driving the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks- Strategic analysis of our expenditure to highlight areas to be more efficient and innovative in our restricted and unrestricted finances.- Creative and strategic input into our income generation and financial opportunities with the ability to recognize areas of potential growth- Development of departmental budgets and forecasts. Identify variances and any forthcoming financial challenges- Approving or rejecting budgets- Allocating resources and managing cash flows- Supervising and monitoring the team of Accountants- Retaining constant awareness of the company’s financial position and acting to prevent problems- Preparation of the statutory annual accounts- Ensuring all internal audits and accounting activities comply with financial regulations- Setting up and overseeing the company’s finance IT system (selection, implementation, and management of appropriate software systems).
