AdressYou will be part of Financial Sponsor Group (FSG), which consist of 23 people in Sweden and Norway with the responsibility for Private Equity and Infrastructure Funds within Corporate Banking. The FSG Analyst team in Sweden currently consist of 3 people with the analytical responsibility for Leveraged Buyout (LBO) transactions towards our PE clients. As part of the team you will work across a variety of sectors including Industrials, Healthcare, Services, Technology and Consumer/Retail.
About the role:
As a Senior Corporate Analyst/Corporate Analyst you will have a key role in Leveraged finance process. You will work in close cooperation with the wider FSG team, Industry Sections, Investment Banking and Legal. In addition to LBO transactions the team also handles Fund Finance products.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of risk assessment and coordination of the credit process
- Business and market risk analysis
- Financial analysis including cash flow modelling
- Structuring of transactions and term sheet negotiations
- Involvement in client and sponsor meetings
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years analytical experience from complex transactions. LBO or Restructuring experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- Deep knowledge/ understanding of financial and non-financial risk
- Ability to take initiative and work with integrity
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- University degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Swedish/Norwegian
To be successful in this role you need to have strong analytical skills. A structured approach and the ability to prioritize work and deliver in a timely manner is essential. Furthermore, an ability to work independently as well as to cooperate efficiently in client team is also important.
