Your life of as a Senior Consultant in DHL digitalization programs will be dynamic and multifaceted, requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills. Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

Education:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline
• Certification in areas such as business administration, management consulting, digital transformation, or a related field is a plus

Experience:

• Prior experience in consulting, particularly in digital transformation or technology consulting, is highly appreciated
• Demonstrated experience in specific industries or sectors undergoing digital transformation, such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail is advantageous
• Project Management experience in managing projects, particularly those related to digitalization initiatives, is a strong plus

Technical Skills:

• A strong understanding of digital technologies and trends is essential. This includes knowledge of emerging technologies like data analytics, machine learning, business process automation, Low-Code / No-Code or Generative AI
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used for digital transformation projects, such as project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira), data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack) or any other industry-specific software solutions
• General awareness in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL is beneficial

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration among team members, and presenting project updates to senior management
• Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary for identifying and addressing challenges that arise during digitalization projects.
• The digital landscape is constantly evolving, so adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies are critical
• The ability to motivate, mentor, and lead diverse teams toward common objectives is essential for success in senior roles.

Hi, my name is Martin Fritzl and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2018, when I took a role as Automation Lead in the Digital Lab team. Gaining more hands-on experience with Digitalization has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Intelligent Automation team. In [2020], I moved to a management role, being Head of Intelligent Automation. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – to Digitalize as much mundane manual work as possible!
