We are looking for a Senior Business Risk Manager to join Access Rights Oversight within Group Business Support (GBS) to be located in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Poland, Norway or Denmark.

About this opportunity
You will join Access Rights Oversight (ARO) within GBS Management Oversight, which is a unit located under the biggest unit in Nordea: Group Business Support. GBS drives optimisation of our operational efficiencies, letting the Business Areas focus on what they do best, to serve our customers and drive income growth initiatives.
AROs purpose is to provide increased oversight on Access Rights related matters to the Business Areas. The team supports the Business Areas and Group Functions in identification and mitigation of risk associated with Access Rights. By being in this role, you will work closely with leadership teams, support them in taking risk-based and data driven decisions, with the aim to reduce risk and volume of accesses.
What you'll be doing:
  • Analysing and presenting findings to senior management on Access Rights related matters, advising on actions to take to reduce volume of accesses and/or reduce the risk
  • Driving and following-up the execution of agreed actions, including measuring and documenting the risk reduction achieved
  • Collaborating with different stakeholders across the bank from Application Owners and managers to senior leadership teams
  • Driving investigations of identified problem areas to understand risks exposure and possible solutions

The role can be based in Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallin, Warsaw, Norway or Copenhagen.

  • Have superior analytical skills and the ability to apply them to risk.
  • Are able to produce high-quality material to senior leaders and formal forums
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills as the role includes collaboration across different teams and seniority levels in the bank
  • Are able to drive and manage projects independently
  • Have general understanding of access management and related controls
  • Are able to manage multiple tasks, are execution oriented with a structured mind-set, are able to see the big picture, as well as a strong attention to relevant details
  • Have written and spoken English on a superior level is required
  • Have knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL is an advantage but not a requirement
