About this opportunity
Welcome to the NFRR Report Production & Development team. We add value by providing strategic risk reporting to senior leaders and risk committees. As Senior Business Risk Manager you’ll play a valuable role in developing a report intended for key risk decisions by driving and coordinating NFRR processes and initiatives. In addition you will have the opportunity to interact with stakeholders on different seniority levels across the bank. As Senior Business Risk Manager you’ll play an important role in providing and shaping Nordea's key non-financial risk report for 1st Line of Defence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive and coordinate monthly and quarterly NFRR-production
- Facilitate, develop and contribute to processes, initiatives and implementation related to the NFRR agenda
- Proactively interact with stakeholders involved in the NFRR process
- Translate legal and business requirements into relevant insights that add value to related reports and stakeholders
- Provide high quality analysis and perform quality control on the NFRRs
You’ll join an experienced and knowledgeble team that works closely together to ensure we add value to our stakeholders. The role is based in Stockholm; Gdynia; Helsinki; Oslo; Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Relevant working experience of 3-5 years
- Business knowledge (Superior level)
- Risk management (Excellent level)
- Bachelor Degree
- English spoken (Superior level)
- English written (Superior level)
- Any professional experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset
