Capgemini are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead the SAP team in Malmö. About the role
You will have 15 direct reporting consultants in your team. This role will be a combined role as 50% manager and 50% consultant being out in project delivery or working with presales.
You will have responsibilities for:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of senior and junior SAP consultants to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results.
• Drive team performance through effective utilization management, performance evaluations, and competence development initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Manage team budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
• Salary settings and yearly salary discussion with consultant
• Recruit and attract top talents and support team growth objectives with support from the Talent Acquisition team
• Collaborate with sales and presales teams to develop winning strategies and deliver compelling proposals to clients.
• Execute on company strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Proven experience managing project teams and delivering SAP implementation projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate both senior and junior team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge in at least one SAP S/4HANA functional or technical area
• A strong network and business footprint among companies in the Skåne region
• Fluency in English and Swedish language
