Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and follow up on team performance.• Motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.• Identify and follow up on individual development plans.• Hold team meetings and individual employee conversations.• Provide coaching and support to Account Managers.• Responsible for managing your own customers.• Contribute to the office's management group.• May be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
• Several years of B2B sales experience.• At least one year of Sales Team management experience or experience in the recruitment industry.• Fluent in Swedish and English.• Valid driver's license.• Desirable experience includes leadership in a sales organization and working in the recruitment industry.• Relevant education in business management, sales, marketing, leadership, or the equivalent.
