What you will do
Improve Sales Productivity! You'll do this via:
Lead List Analysis & Generation:
  • Generate targeted outbound lead lists based on specified criteria to support the sales team's outreach efforts.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify potential prospects and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of the lead database, ensuring it aligns with the company's target market.

Contract and Pricing Assistance:
  • Assist in the preparation and management of sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support in pricing analysis and suggestions, helping Sales Reps to navigate competitive pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the finance and legal departments to ensure that contracts meet regulatory and financial standards.

General Sales Rep Support:
  • Provide essential support to Sales Representatives by assisting with administrative tasks, documentation, and communication.
  • Collaborate with Sales Reps to understand their specific needs and preferences when creating lead lists, ensuring alignment with the sales strategy.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Reps and other internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.

Effective Onboarding:
  • Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new sales team members. Shortening the time it takes for new hires to become fully productive.
