Your role

Your profile
 

We are looking for a winner within Marketing & Sales to capture business opportunities. The responsibility encompasses securing business opportunities for all the products in the Surface Sensor Solutions portfolio. The Product Sales Responsible will be driving the market areas in promoting the product portfolio, from early stages to final negotiations. In this position, you will handle complex business setups involving several stakeholders in an international environment.

  • Appropriate professional or postgraduate qualification in a business oriented or technical discipline.
  • Understanding and ability to work in an international environment and matrix organization.
  • Experience of working with procurement authorities in both Sweden and/or international environment including B2B is beneficial
  • Skills to combine strategic thinking with operational actions.
  • Excellent language abilities where English is a minimum and other languages are a merit
  • A team-player with solid leadership skills
  • Strong driver, and the ability to engage and motivate in a positive manner
  • Strong business understanding and customer satisfaction focus
  • Above all, a strong desire to win and improve our business

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

Business area Surveillance offers world-leading technology for monitoring and decision support to protect against threats. The portfolio covers radar systems, electronic warfare, combat systems as well as safety and security solutions.

BU Surface Sensors has global responsibility for Saab’s surface radar systems, ground based as well as naval. It has offices around the world, with the largest site being Gothenburg (SE).


The Marketing and Sales department is responsible for business development for the system and services offering and consequently capture of our surface sensor opportunities worldwide. Such opportunities encompass competitive product offerings covering the complete Surface Sensor Solutions portfolio. This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
