Job description This is a unique opportunity for you as a strategic leader to play a pivotal role in generating revenue, establishing customer relationships, and positioning Freemelt as a disruptive leader of industrial metal additive manufacturing solutions, with a focus on applications, such as Orthopedic Implants, MedTech equipment, Energy, Defense, and beyond. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand new sales in strategic industrial segments in North America. Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with key industrial prospects and partners. Raise awareness of Freemelt and our industrial solutions in the market. Identify needs, applications, funding, and users suitable for our technology solutions. Build new industrial market niches to meet the 2030 strategy. Requirements Extensive experience of successful business development and sales management. Industrial knowledge and experience in additive manufacturing. Knowledge of traditional manufacturing, Business cases, and creating demand. Experience in identifying opportunities, customer calls, and working with internal teams. Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM database updates, and automation.
