Responsibilities
• Manage the restaurant and bar operations• Ensure a high level of service and offerings that meet guest needs• Motivate, develop, and engage the team• Drive continuous improvement of work methods and service• Lead and be present during various shifts and days• Create and maintain relationships• Plan and work towards short- and long-term goals• Provide regular feedback• Manage administrative tasks and financial planning• Communicate effectively
Requirements
• Relevant education and experience in the service industry• Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar position• Good administrative skills and experience with financial planning• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written• Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
