The manufacturing site Quality Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for driving compliance against quality requirements across the site and has managerial responsibility for leading the site quality team and related activities.
This position is part of the QARA Organization and will be located in Schwaikheim, Germany.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Monitoring, calculation and monthly reporting of key quality assurance performance indicators, project performance analysis and Pareto analysis of the site
Build and Maintain the Site Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 compliance and increase scope of current certification, including planning, performance and follow-up of internal audits on site
Administrating, coordinating and maintaining the Quality Management System documentation
Participate in development, growth and continuous improvement projects
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Technical Engineering, Quality or Food Science related field with multiple years of experience
Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015 regulatory compliance and other regulatory areas including but not limited to Food Contact Compliance, CE, UL, Halal, Koshar etc
Fluent in German and Englisch
Willing to travel up to 10 - 15% of the time as per the business need
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Manufacturing and Lab environment
Lean and 6 Sigma
Health, Safety and Environment
Worked in Regulatory Role and familiar with Good Manufacturing practices
