Description
J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Nordic Quality Specialist to be located in Finland (Helsinki) or Sweden (Stockholm) and reporting to the Commercial Quality Cluster Head for Nordics.
Overall summary of the job
Responsible for the management of Product Quality Complaints (PQC) for Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland by monitoring the Complaint-inboxes.
Supporting with other administrative tasks within Nordic Quality team.
Main activities/tasks
· Responsible for management of Product Quality Complaints for Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland by monitoring the Complaint-inboxes, including logging into the applicable system and follow-up actions, as applicable
· Handle field samples for PQCs
· Notify and engage Quality Executives, Quality Cluster Head and other affected roles in case of serious quality issues
· Provide PQC metrics and provide input to Management review for the Nordic cluster
· Take part in any other Quality related work
· Represent the team in projects as applicable
Quality Processes
Collaborate effectively with various internal and external partners, such as the Drug Safety team, Regulatory Affairs team, the manufacturing plant QA, Distribution QE, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Medical Information Teams, other Clusters in EMEA region and any other functions, as applicable.
Qualifications
The Nordic Quality Specialist should meet the following knowledge, experience and skills:
· Primary degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry/ Microbiology or a related scientific discipline
· At least 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a mix of different quality assurance operations. Experience from regulatory, supply chain or other related areas is meriting
· Fluency in Finnish, proficiency in Swedish and English language is required
· Experience from QMS work and Quality Document management is a requirement
· Understanding of pharmaceutical product development, release and distribution processes.
· Up-to-date knowledge of GDP
· Team-player within the team and ability to work and interact with other functions but also work independently
