The Quality and Food Safety team is facing a parental leave, which is why we are looking for our next Quality & Food Safety Manager.
We want to inform you that this is a temporary position, with an aim to start in May.
As a Quality and Food Safety manager you will play an important role in maintaining world-class Quality and Food Safety in your region in agreement with company standards and applicable regulations as well as external requirements.
You will be a key player supporting the Quality and Food Safety agenda and driving the culture of quality. Your mission includes monitoring the execution on the market, guaranteeing robust design to delivery process, driving actions and project, improving the experience of the existing portfolio and guaranteeing Food Safety compliance.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Responsible for local implementation, application and maintenance of the company's Quality and Food Safety system.
- Guarantee Quality and Food Safety compliance and performance according to internal and external requirements.
- Implement Food Safety standards at external partners according to risk analysis.
- Manage quality issues within scope with factories, supply chain and other relevant stakeholders.
- Performance and KPI tracking reporting and action plans.
- Ensure traceability and superiority throughout the supply chain.
- Drive the Quality and Food Safety culture with all stakeholders.
- Support for contact with local Food Safety authorities.
About You
In order to be successful, you need to have:
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in Quality and Food Safety with a degree in relevant field (MSc/BSc Food science, Food Safety, Pharmaceutical etc.)
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
- Good expertise in quality management and compliance monitoring.
- Knowledge in certification process and audit management.
- Good competence in process development, continuous improvement, and deviation management.
- Digitally fluent, with good skills of Microsoft Office Tools, specifically Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, clients and other stakeholders locally and globally.
- Detail-oriented mindset with ability to maintain high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
- Pragmatic, agile and solution-oriented mindset.
