WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Responsible for planning, implementation of logistics projects, improving processes, performing analyzes in various parts of the business at Boozt Fulfillment Center & Logistics.
• Extensive experience in project management as well as a high degree of motivation and drive. Have the ability to balance several priorities at the same time and be able to delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Ensure that projects are planned, communicated, implemented, delivered and followed up. (after the project is finished, it must be handed over to a clear owner/recipient).
• Manage a variety of functional and cross-functional projects related to improving various parts of Boozt Fulfillment Center & Logistics. Lead both larger and smaller projects as well as participate in projects run by others in the business.
• Be able to identify and drive development potential for Boozt Fulfillment Center & Logistics.
• Communicate and inform about upcoming and ongoing developments with internal and external parties.
• Produce statistics, reports and be able to analyse the business.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders that are critical to making decision on actions.
YOUR PROFILE
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Able to work in a flexible work environment in constant change.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to lead change-work involving large groups.
• Be able to use Excel, Word and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of/experience of working according to a clear project model.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver to a deadline.
• Be able to delegate and involve project members and other stakeholders.
• Be able to lead others in project form.
• Being able to be physically at the warehouse
• Good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Fluent in Swedish or English.
