You will be responsible for driving the IT agenda for Revolt, working closely with your colleagues in the Digital Solutions team, and other teams to ensure that they are getting the support needed. You will have responsibilities in the complete lifecycle of the IT projects; from gathering the requirements and setting up projects all the way to the user acceptance testing and end-user training.

About the team
You will work within the Digital Solutions team driving the IT agenda throughout all business areas, ensuring efficient processes and enabling our growth. You will collaborate with colleagues from business and central IT & Digitalization teams, and your colleagues from our internal departments like Business Operations, Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Process Engineering, QC and Finance.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Driving the IT agenda for Revolt together with the other members in the Digital Solutions team
- Responsible for gathering, detailing and structure requirements from the organization and communicate this to the IT organization in a good way.
- Ensuring that core Business processes are documented and aligned within the organization.
- Work with data gathering and presentation to support business decisions.
- Managing communication with key stakeholders including developing reports and dashboards to measure project status.
- Planning and executing user acceptance testing for new functionality.
- Developing and run trainings for users across various tools and systems.
We believe that you have:
- A university degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Business (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
- 3-5 years' work experience from an IT & Digitalization related field
- Solid understanding of software implementation life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles
- Passion for solving problems with technology in simple yet innovative ways
- Familiar or experience from any of these systems; Manufacturing execution systems (MES), SCADA and historians - Ignition, ABB or Siemens offerings,
- Data Analytics and BI tools - Grafana, Looker, PowerBI or similar, Atlassian suite - Confluence, Jira etc., ERP - Dynamics, SAP or others, Siemens Teamcenter

- Experience from leading IT/digitalization projects (from a business perspective) from start to finish
