The role of Order and Delivery Project Manager combines order administration and Delivery Project management. As a Project Manager for our client, you will assume technical, economic, and commercial responsibilities for our Delivery Projects. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, your primary objective will be to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget, while upholding quality standards. With our customers situated globally, willingness to travel is essential. This position offers the opportunity to establish a robust international network, fostering connections with both local client units and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage order administration and address customer service inquiries.
- Coordinate internal communication for customer requests with order engineering, sourcing, and production teams.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to enhancing order handling tools and processes for improved efficiency.
- You can anticipate diverse tasks and excellent opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
- Self-confident, customer-focused, and collaborative team player.
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Office tools, SAP Super-user, and various IT systems.
