Your game plan
The Sweden Biomanufacturing Center (SBC)consists of two factories. One is our newly established facility where we have commercial manufacturing, specifically formulation/filling, and packaging/assembly since 2021. In the other factory, we are actively working on launching new operations, formulation/filling and packing.
We are currently looking for a PMO Manager to support SBC´s expansion program and the startup of the new factory.
What you'll do
The position as a PMO manager involves establishing KPIs to follow progress within the program, you will own and administer the risk register and ensure adherence to schedules in the program. An important part will be to be responsible for establishing and visualizing a pace/takt of the entire program. It should be clear where we are with the various work-streams and make sure we are in line with the overall plan. You will independently run various smaller projects and initiatives for the program.
As part of the role, you will prepare the organization for upcoming GMP-inspections and participate in the regulatory work.
A central part of your work is coaching and follow-up against the various work streams of the expansion program.
The business is run in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and applicable laws and regulations. You are also responsible for ensuring that quality, supply and finances are steered towards set goals and that they are met in a way that is consistent with the company's policies.
Essential for the role
* Good experience of GMP and SHE
* Experience on how to create structure and making progress despite tough conditions
* Experience of working with systematic improvement work
* Experience in programme/Project Management, PMO
* Proven track record of shaping and developing innovative solutions within the business area and/or organisation
* Demonstrated application of behavioural, cultural and business change methodologies when driving multi-functional improvement initiatives
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills with experience of collaborating and sharing knowledge between teams
* Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
