Responsibilities
• First point of contact for customer tickets and local partner issues• Solving support tickets for our product and some third-party products• Managing and distributing tickets, creating/updating/assigning tasks• Covering the support phone line during appointed weeks• Documenting and reporting work according to company routines• Helping improve procedures for managing customer problems• Supporting continuous improvement through own development and feedback
Requirements
• 2-3 years of working experience in customer service, helpdesk, or software support• Fluent in English and Swedish (written and verbal), Finnish is a plus• Basic understanding of financial systems• Solution-oriented, reliable, and structured• Professional and positive can-do attitude• Good previous knowledge of our product is an advantage
