Plant Manager

Job summary
Lantmännen Cerealia is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the production in Sweden.The Plant Manager will be responsible for two facilities in Strängnäs and Linköping.The role involves strategic planning, production management, and leading a team of approximately 40 employees.

Responsibilities
• Strategically lead and plan operations in accordance with company vision, strategy, and goals.• Ensure production, quality, environment, and results for the facilities.• Lead and develop a team, including direct reports such as production managers, maintenance managers, and lab managers.• Optimize efficiency and maintain high quality through collaboration with the local management team.• Continuously improve internal processes and drive progress.• Collaborate with the Swedish Operations leadership team and other functions.• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as organizations and authorities.
Requirements
• Experience in a leadership position with personnel responsibility, leading first-line managers.• Experience in manufacturing within the process or food industry with shift work.• Experience in change management.• Experience in managing results, work environment, safety, and quality.• Fluency in Swedish and English language, both spoken and written.
