We are now looking for a HR Manager to our crispbread plant in Filipstad, Sweden. It's a full time permanent position based in Filipstad.
Approximately 330 people work in the Filipstad Plant. You have a local HR team as well as the hierarchical responsibility for organization and people management of the plant shop and canteen. You report to the Plant Director and functionally to the Senior HR Manager NE and you are part of the Plant Leadership Team.
Role purpose and key accountabilities
In this role, you collaborate closely with our leaders in developing their respective teams to maximize performance and employee engagement. You oversee people and organization in the entire plant and are accountable to ensure constant and effective support to the management, in dealing with issues related to HR management policies and procedures. You are responsible to secure consistency with legislation and with established company HR processes and stipulation of agreements with the local labour unions.
Organizational development, recruiting, training, performance management, people development, compensation and labour cost budgeting, implementing procedures and guidelines as well as ensuring an excellent job environment in terms of inclusion, commitment and motivation, will all be part of your job. You will work closely with the unions to ensure the best relations and will also play a key role in the transformation journey that the Filipstad Plant currently are undertaking.
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional with approximately 3+ years of experience from a HR generalist role. You have a university degree within Organization or Human Resource Management and have high knowledge of the Swedish Labor Law. Experience from working in an international company and/or matrix organization as well as experience from working in a production site is considered an advantage.
Other Key requirements
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of all Human Resources policies and processes
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop others
  • Skills in all programs within Office 365 and experience in SAP HR, AGDA, Success factors and SharePoint
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Ability to drive organizational change, as well as projects and initiatives
  • Experience in the collaboration with Unions

You prefer to work in a fast pace environment yet you have an analytical, structured and methodical approach in your way of working. You have excellent communication skills and experience of successful communications and negotiations with unions. You relate to people and business in a professional and empathic way and build relationships based on confidence and trust.
