Responsibilities
• Leading the Group Finance & Accounting unit• Handling ongoing accounting tasks, including financial statements• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations• Continuous improvement of processes, systems, and documentation• Leading and developing a team of employees• Creating a positive and sustainable work climate• Supporting team members in their daily tasks and long-term development
Requirements
• Several years of experience as a Chief Accountant• Preferably a background in auditing• Experience in financial or regulated industries• Strong understanding of financial flows• Ability to work independently and proactively• Good leadership and communication skills• Knowledge of consolidation and IFRS• Experience managing remote employees• Practical experience in tax matters• Knowledge of M&A and capital coverage reporting
