• Strong experience in managing external suppliers, contract negotiation, and service fulfillment.• Proven ability to identify new technology opportunities and ensure adherence to best practices.• Previous responsibility for IT service budget and cost follow-up.• Extensive experience in IT environments with significant transformation volumes.• Solid understanding of business and strategy processes within companies.• In-depth knowledge of ITIL foundation principles.• Competence in strategic and analytical ability to comprehend the complexity of the business.• Translate overall strategies into concrete action plans.• Ensure delivery quality from suppliers with effective escalation at tactical/operational levels.• Build effective collaborations and relationships within the entire organization.• Innovative thinking to challenge norms and find new ways to strengthen business and customer benefits.• Driven with a commitment to drive the business forward and achieve results.• Solution-oriented with creative problem-solving based on business acumen.• Specific experience and competence in Network; WAN/LAN and associated components.• Technology understanding; Meraki.• Knowledge of SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN.• Overall architectural understanding.• Good understanding of Network security.• Personal Characteristics: Driven and effective in a complex environment.• Communicative with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.• Positive mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities.• Language: Fluent in Swedish and English.
