The Position:
The Medical Affairs Project Management Specialist provides Project Management support and comprehensive administrative, tactical, and strategic coordination to support the European MA&OR CNS (Central Nervous System) team, addressing business needs in areas of process improvement and project implementation, enabling technology solutions, organizational design, compliance, change management, and others. This person will develop and implement process solutions and improvements. This individual possesses subject matter expertise, strong communication and collaboration skills and strong Project Management skills. This person reports into the Regional Director Medical Affairs CNS Europe.
The position is remote, in any European country.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support the development, alignment, and implementation of Medical Affairs activities to achieve operational excellence and meet deliverables
- Contribute to the strategic planning, operations, and other medical activities related to CNS
- Evaluate business processes and initiatives to determine appropriate interventions to meet team goals
- Lead operational activities associated with key Medical Affairs deliverables such as scientific advisory boards in collaboration with Medical Affairs colleagues
- Liaise with finance business partners to align monthly budget reporting and quarterly forecasting
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budget
- Develop and manage new and revised work instructions
- Lead collaborations with relevant internal and external stakeholders to align on best practices and information sharing
- Foster compliant working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
