AdressStratsys is a leading tech company offering a platform that simplifies compliance and operational management, making it easier for organizations to meet regulatory requirements and achieve sustainable results. We are now looking for a Marketing Project Manager to strengthen our current marketing team of 8 people with expertise in events and social media.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Manager in the marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on all our physical as well as digital events. You will act as the link between our product experts, sales, and marketing processes and are responsible for driving cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring that our activities are value-creating and sales-driving. You will combine the Project Manager role with responsibility for our social channels, creating content and setting strategies to engage and inspire our followers in the best way.
You will:
- Have the primary responsibility for planning, packaging, and project managing both internal and external physical and digital events such as events, fairs, live broadcasts, and webinars.
- Be responsible for schedules, budget, and communication with external partners.
- Ensure effective communication in all activities and create clarity focusing on the questions "who, what, when, and how?"
- Create, plan, and schedule engaging content on social media, with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Continuously work on result tracking for our events and social media channels.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on marketing or similar.
- Experience in leading marketing initiatives.
- About 2-5 years of relevant experience from similar tasks at an advertising agency, in-house agency, or marketing department.
- Experience working both strategically and operationally with social media platforms.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with video editing.
- Basic graphic design skills.
