Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage employees and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Steer Quality performance and act on deviations, launch, ramp up and serial production.
- Implement and audit standard procedures and instructions.
- Define quality organization and resources planning to support operations during launch, ramp up and serial production.
- Recruit, develop a team spirit that creates energy, ensures compliance with company standards, values, policy, and employment guidelines, and develops logical thinking / problem solving skills.
- Set, monitor quality KPI's, evaluates performance and define action plans to correct gaps.
- Ensure compliance with budget.
- Lead problem solving and root cause analysis activities in relation to con-conformities and quality issues.
- Ensure development of Production Quality employees.
- Participate and input in change management, engineering change notification and deviation approval processes.
- Review results and action tracker and initiate improvement projects. Drive cross-functional and cross technological manufacturing projects and opportunities.
- Participate and input quality gate reviews in the industrialization phase of Product and Process Development to ensure reliable manufacturing of products. Contribute to equipment commissioning activities.
Requirements and education:
- Experience in automotive, aeronautical, battery, pharma, or paper sector (mass volume) and:
- 4 years of management and leadership experience
- 2 years of operations and/or 2 years of experience in Quality.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering as minimal qualification or equivalent.
