We are now offering an opportunity to join GBS and to contribute to define Nordea’s strategy on Financial Crime, Technology, Data, Operations and Credit. We are now looking for a Management Partner  to work closely with executive management both in GBS and across the bank.


This role will give you a front row seat to gain knowledge and insight on many of the essential processes and decisions enabling us to serve our customers and to keep our bank safe and trusted. About this opportunity
You will be joining GBS Management Support, a team dedicated to supporting key and strategic deliveries towards GLT and the Board and different sub-committees. We support the executive management team of GBS and secure a smooth flow across our daily operations. 


We are looking for someone to specifically support GBS Leadership Team and strengthen our execution follow-up. You will be driving interactions with different offices across the bank, helping us to coordinate requests, manage our delivery pipeline - the backbone of how we function as a unit. 


Keeping a good pipeline requires structure, precision, agility and the ability to juggle and follow quickly evolving requirements and conversations. You will have to develop an understanding over a large variety of topics to be able to relay our views and influence the agendas of different forums. You will also be interacting with senior stakeholders within and outside of GBS, following through on conversations and keeping track of all threads.

When relevant, you will also get to work in duos with colleagues, to help you grow, create comfort and help you develop yourself in interaction with others.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support GBS Leadership team meetings, with agenda, structure and action follow-up
  • Support in managing GBS delivery pipeline – process, updating and follow-up – in interaction with multiple senior executives, different offices and forum secretaries
  • Coordinate reporting activities and material flows across GBS and stakeholders across the bank 
  • Drive special assignments for GBS Office supporting our key deliveries
  • Constantly seek to improve our ways of working 

 

The role is based in Stockholm; Helsinki.

Your experience and background: 

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • Stakeholder management skills 
  • You have worked with senior leaders or executives – it’s a benefit but not a requirement!
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Teams, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
