Preventive Maintenance:
1. Make preventive maintenance plan and schedule per machine manual instruction and company requirement of Protues system.
2. Review al the documentation related to maintenance procedures and work instruction and make update when necessary. Train the relevant technician staff duly and make sure they follow the guidance and work instruction.
3. Setup standard spare part inventory management system to control inventory level and minimize.
4. Facility Management: supervise plant ot ensure utility supply (water, electricity, natural gas etc.), make sure all projects are finished within schedule.
Reactive Maintenance:
1. Ensure timely trouble shooting through internal maintenance forces and outsourced services with high customer satisfaction. Follow timely escalation process to reduce the impact of downtime.
2. Investigate the root cause of the down time and take preventive measures (such as changing the PM work or schedule)
Safety and on-site contractor management
1. Responsible for al the Level 3 safety training to all the technicians and outsourced contractor.
2. Ensures all the onsite construction or machine installation related activities are in line with safety and environment as well as secure requirement through training and education to the workers.
3. Makes sure all the outsourced contractors (workers) have insured for themselves and declared their responsibilities and liabilities in written form.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required
- 2. 5 years' experience in Maintenance Engineer role
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency English spoken and written English
