We are now looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to join us on our growth journey.
Job Description
You will be responsible for developing and driving profitable long-term growth with Key Accounts in EMEA. The Key Account Manager will maximize profitable sales and customer satisfaction, selling all applicable Optinova products, solutions and services while balancing short- and long-term business goals.
The Job:
Develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations at the appropriate organizational levels and disciplines, in order to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short- & long-term business goals of Optinova.
Develop a good understanding of the customers (business model) and their and our applications to maximize business opportunities.
Develop, coordinate, implement and drive the account plan, including tailored value propositions.
Negotiate / generate agreement with the assigned accounts, coordinate and drive account, and Optinova promotion.
Responsible for the sales forecast at the assigned accounts.
Accountable for maximizing order intake, sales and price realization with the assigned accounts.
Responsible for systematically analyzing win & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends.
Realize internal and customer alignment.
Realize planned turnover, costs and profitability. Lead and drive other disciplines such as Project Management, Operations and Customer Service.
Works actively with Optinova operations, engineering, development, and management to represent customer viewpoint and work towards win-win strategies.
You
We believe that you could be a fit for this role if you have
10+ years' experience in technical B2B sales (medical device sales experience a plus).
5+ years' experience in Key Account management in technical B2B sales (medical device sales experience a plus).
Strong collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to work in teams.
Project management experience (which is a plus).
Proven track record of high-level sales skills with growth maximization.
Ability to network and influence key decision makers.
Effective communication skills, both written and oral with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft office package and other business software systems i.e. ERP systems, etc.
Minimum bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
Fluency in English.
The ability to work well both autonomously and within a group setting.
This position is located in Uppsala Sweden and includes international travelling.
