As an Insurance Program Manager, you'll play a key role in strategizing and advancing our mission to make simpler, smarter insurance solutions that seamlessly integrate into people's lives.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Program Manager to spearhead the development and management of innovative Insurance Programs. Your expertise in insurance products and processes will be crucial in complementing our team's technological and business strengths, enabling us to deliver standout insurance solutions. You will oversee everything from product development to risk/underwriting and regulatory compliance. Our programs are often cross-border, featuring new products that are seamlessly integrated into our partners' customer journeys in the Mobility industry and beyond. Working closely within our cross-functional team you'll leverage agile and lean startup methodologies. This position offers ample opportunity to not only shape our Insurance Programs but also influence the strategic direction of our initiative.
What you'll do:
Product innovation
- Translate partner and customer needs into forward-thinking insurance products
- Leverage the latest market and technology trends to set new standards for customer value, risk assessment, and operational efficiency
- Ensure harmonization of Insurance Programs across borders, delivering solutions that meet local market needs while maintaining compliance
Program management
- Coordinate resources across functions and geographies to execute cross-border Insurance Programs, involving underwriting units, legal, tech teams and partners
- Take full responsibility for the financial performance and regulatory compliance of our Insurance Programs
- Engage actively with both external stakeholders and internal teams to foster strong partnerships and alignment
Contribute to building the team
- Share your knowledge and learn from others to strengthen our team's expertise
- Promote a spirit of teamwork and innovation
- Take full ownership of your area, guiding its future direction and growth
- You hold a relevant Master's degree and have a solid track record in the insurance industry or a related field
