Position Overview
A great new opportunity has opened to join our Velizy HR Team as HR Specialist Learning & Development.
As HR Specialist, your focus would be on Learning & Development of employees in France – through elaboration of a training plan for upcoming months/year, working with budget for trainings, planning the trainings according to the needs of the business unit based on data collection and coaching conversations.
You will also be responsible of providing and organizing trainings, as well as being the main contact for supplier of trainings, and negotiation with the business.
Finally, you will me in charge of the tracking of the L&D processes.
Additional duties will include (but may not be limited to)
- Designing and providing workshops for salaried/hourly employees to answer development needs and business strategy requirements for France
- Providing workshops and trainings delivered by corporate functions
- Facilitating team meeting, supporting building the culture of knowledge sharing Supporting business leaders by implementing the assumptions of corporate programs and initiatives
- Assisting with Budget preparation and training needs
- Working with L&D Director to create a catalogue of trainings – short description, time needed, trainer etc
- Assisting with the rollout of Leadership development programs by preparing and providing communication, trainings and workshop for leaders and employees
- Common standard/consistent approach
- Managing the results to offer solution based on data received
- Supporting business leaders with Talent Review Process by working with them on process results presentations and rolling out action plans for defined talents.
- Promoting Lear Values and Vision
- T&A checks and supporting Leaders on following the procedures
- Delivering training orders on the system
To Be Successful In This Role
- Master’s Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in Learning & Development
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to work with multifunctional teams
- Minimum 3-5 years’ Experience in similar position
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French & English (Fluent)
- Ability to roll out and implement training
- Good presentation skills & Public speaking abilities
