Job Description
In this pivotal position, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of IFS's ESM business. You will lead the development and execution of Strategic Growth Initiatives, focusing on both short-term success through tactical execution and long-term vision through strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation: Develop and manage effective programs to drive sustainable demand for IFS's ESM solutions. This includes creating demand generation plans, models, and cadences to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Pipeline Management: Implement a rigorous Q+2 and Q+X pipeline management process to optimize short-term and long-term business and operational excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate and lead the activities of various teams within the ESM organization, including Marketing, Communication, Sales, Partners, Consulting, and Presales. Ensure seamless alignment and collaboration among all go-to-market (GTM) teams.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with the GTM team to develop and execute a long-term strategy for bringing IFS's ESM solutions to market.
Brand Building: Contribute to building the IFS brand in the global market through strategic external communications and event participation.
Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on strategic initiatives across various areas, such as recruitment, enablement both internal and external, and customer success services.
Industry Development: Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing players within the Enterprise Service Management space.
Deal Management: Act as the executive sponsor for key long-term deals within the ESM business unit.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a leadership role driving Strategic Growth Initiatives within the software industry.
Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful programs that drive business growth.
Experience working effectively with external sources and third parties.
Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the Enterprise Service Management market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence diverse stakeholders.
Skilled negotiator, capable of building consensus with senior management and C-level executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and achieving results.
Passion for delivering exceptional value to customers and partners.
"Get it done" mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
