It's never been a more exciting time to start working for us at Lime! We are expanding rapidly from being the CRM sweetheart of Sweden to becoming the best in the Nordics and the rest of Europe. We're ramping up our local Field Marketing organization to stand out against giants in the CRM industry and to continue expanding our brand and business and see things from a local angle. Our local teams in Sweden have a superb ambition to spread the word about our products, work culture, and daily hustle and bustle. The only problem is that our time and skills don't keep up with our passion. That's why we want a dedicated person to work closely with our sales and marketing organization to boost brand awareness and drive local sales & marketing activities together with the Swedish teams.
What would we like you to do?
You will become a part of our marketing department but work in close collaboration with our Swedish sales organization.
You are not afraid to get out there, shouting out our message on as many channels as possible. Working closely with your team in Sweden, you will manage the local market implementation of all central group initiatives, supporting localization, SEO optimization, always-on digital campaigns and ABM.
To maximize local brand awareness and demand, you will also initiate and drive your own marketing and branding initiatives, in collaboration with the Swedish sales managers & interdisciplinary collaboration with the other field marketeers in the different markets. This could include partnerships, campaigns, virtual events, webinars, send-outs, breakfast seminars, podcasts, social channels, PR, etc. You will dig into local partner networking and maximize customer value and advocacy with customer marketing. In short doing creative activities throughout the full customer journey; from generating brand and leads, working closely with sales to help close new deals, engaging and growing our existing customers. To ensure marketing goal fulfillment, you will monitor and track local performance and drive actions.
Responsibilities:
  • Increase brand awareness towards the Swedish target audience
  • Generate demand and manage pipeline with local sales
  • Develop and execute the local marketing strategy and manage the local marketing budget
  • Drive local partner networking and co-op marketing activities.
  • Working closely with the central marketing team, to manage the local market implementation of all group initiatives
  • Monitor and track performance and take actions
  • Setting strategies and plans to activation and follow-up

What'syour profile?
Your educational background might be in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Sales, or similar. We are really interested in your ideas, entrepreneurial spirit, and skills - not necessarily in the title.
You have probably been in the marketing game for a few (2-5) years, ideally in tech/SaaS companies. You might even have a demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams?
Being able to deliver new ideas on how to create a massive boost to brand awareness in the local market, or activities together with sales to manage pipeline and help close deals, we believe that you have a mindset focusing on opportunities rather than constraints. Also, you're not the anxious type, but someone who can take action without waiting for permission. We'd rather be fast-moving and flexible than stay on the safe side to avoid making mistakes.
Skills & Requirements
  • Language skills: Fluent in Swedish. Proficiency in English as it is our corporate language.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Comfortable networking

  • Experience working towards set targets and KPIs
  • Ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
  • Partnership co-marketing and ability to personally network, connect and communicate with target buyers (both digital and physical)
  • Setting strategies and plans to activation and follow-up
  • Marketing budget management
  • Experience in marketing tools such as CRM, Marketing Automation, and preferably WordPress.

Experience, nice to have:
  • Partner agency management and collaboration
  • PR and comms
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Working in an international environment
  • Experience in B2B, tech or SaaS (but at least a big interest!)

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and skills
  • Being creative to deliver new ideas on how to boost brand awareness and generate demand in the local market towards the target segment and industries
  • Strategic and analytical mindset but operational and able to put plans into actions and follow up
  • Pro-active and not afraid of taking own initiatives without waiting for permission.
  • Collaborative and communicative with different department and across the organization, able to network and generate business opportunities

Location: Preferably Stockholm office, but Gothenburg and Lund also works.
Who will you be working with?
With a strong and dedicated marketing team at our headquarters in Lund, we create most of our content centrally and adapt it to our local markets with the help of a growing team of local field marketers in our European offices. You will join a team of 13 people with expertise in SEO, graphic design, copy writing, web development, Field Marketing and more. We work closely together on multiple parallel projects and love to bounce ideas between each other. On top of that, we share a passion for music and just having fun together.
What will the recruitment process looklike?
We would love if you could join our team as soon as possible, but we are also committed to finding the right match. During the process you will have the opportunity to meet other members of our team. The recruitment process is as follows;
  • Screening interview
  • Deep interview with team member
  • Case and interview with CMO and a team member
  • Short interview with one of our Sales Manager
  • Final interview with CEO
