About the Team:
- KAM(Key Account Management) department responsible for OE Sales
- Representative contact window for Japanese Commercial Vehicle OEMs
- Responsible for sales growth pioneer and business maintain
- Manage series deliveries excepting aftermarket
What you can look forward as Customer Relationship Manager:
- Build Strategic Plan (long term growth planning) and Operating Plan (short/midterm sales planning) and pursue achievement
- To promote a new project to JOEMs and supporting smoothly running series production to coordinate our customers and ZF side
- Seek opportunities for further business growth
- Use internal resources to incorporate RFI (Request For Inquiry) and RFQ (Request For Quotation) processes
- Leading of Promotion for new Opportunity and Business
- Facilitate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and support SOP (Start Of Production)
- Analyze business and report to Sales Leader
- Collect, communicate and visualize voice of customer
Your profile as Customer Relationship Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
- Excellent communication skill in Japanese and English (both written and oral)
- Experience in automotive industry, mechanical industry or electronics industry
- General knowledge for commercial vehicle
- Strong negotiation skill and passion
- Preferred: Intimate customer knowledge
- Preferred: Basic skills for SAP, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word..)
