About the Team:

  • KAM(Key Account Management) department responsible for OE Sales
  • Representative contact window for Japanese Commercial Vehicle OEMs
  • Responsible for sales growth pioneer and business maintain
  • Manage series deliveries excepting aftermarket

 

What you can look forward as Customer Relationship Manager:

  • Build Strategic Plan (long term growth planning) and Operating Plan (short/midterm sales planning) and pursue achievement
  • To promote a new project to JOEMs and supporting smoothly running series production to coordinate our customers and ZF side
  • Seek opportunities for further business growth
  • Use internal resources to incorporate RFI (Request For Inquiry) and RFQ (Request For Quotation) processes
  • Leading of Promotion for new Opportunity and Business
  • Facilitate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and support SOP (Start Of Production)
  • Analyze business and report to Sales Leader
  • Collect, communicate and visualize voice of customer

 

Your profile as Customer Relationship Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
  • Excellent communication skill in Japanese and English (both written and oral)
  • Experience in automotive industry, mechanical industry or electronics industry
  • General knowledge for commercial vehicle
  • Strong negotiation skill and passion
  • Preferred: Intimate customer knowledge
  • Preferred: Basic skills for SAP, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word..)
