Job description
Getinge Critical Care is looking for an experienced and customer service-oriented Order Manager to join our team in Solna. In this role you will be responsible for the operational work related to our Sales Order to Cash processes. The team is handling orders from sales offices all over the world and range from customized deliveries of ventilators and anesthesia machines for installation at hospitals to spare parts and consumables held on stock for immediate delivery. The team plays a critical role for customer satisfaction by ensuring clear communication and timely order fulfillment. In this role we also expect you to work with continuous improvements to secure we always have the leanest processes to handle our day-to-day business.
Responsibilities
  • Management of Customer Orders according to the Sales Order to Cash processes (order confirmation, release of orders for pick and pack and billing on time etc).
  • Answer questions related to orders such as configuration, lead time, delivery date, transport mode, transport tracking, transport claims.
  • Perform Customer Order entry in SAP basing on received documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with customers, sales units, 3PL and other supply chain functions to ensure that all sales and billing needs are satisfied.
  • Handle financial conditions such as Incoterms, Letter of Credit, commission, Cash In Advance, Cash Against Documents.
  • Manage special order flows and conditions such as Embargo, inspection, Bill and Hold.
  • Maintain order related parameters and direct customer information and parameters in SAP (SD module).
  • Drive improvements and standardization within the own department or cross functional.
  • Able to make independent decisions and commitments to customers in a timely manner and understands business needs and urgency of order fulfillment and follow-up.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
  • Upper secondary school, complemented with experience from Supply Chain related roles - preferably within Outbound processes and export.
  • The whole supply-chain process from order to delivery and invoicing (Sales Order to Cash)
  • Order administration of "manufacturing to order"-products (MTO) on a global market
  • Working in SAP or equivalent. Strong knowledge in SAP is a bonus.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, systematic and accurate.
  • Ability to work in an administrative capacity and strong data entry skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.
  • Ability to respond to customer needs in a proactive manner.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
