• Craft certification and training in the applicable field• Ten (10) years of directly related experience• Ability to work efficiently, lead, structure, and prioritize• Solution-oriented and systematic work approach• Ability to lead work in accordance with statutes and guidelines• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
