We're seeking 3 Commercial Manager s with a passion for driving business and customer satisfaction . Are you interested in either of these are as - mobile services, unified communications or IoT and applications - this could be your next career opportunity!
My name is Andreas Carlsson , and I am heading our Commercial Management team within Business Unit Enterprise solutions, B2B Sweden. Our team is the driving force in the B usiness U nit 's strategic and tactical commercial initiatives . We also support the sales units operational ly in deal guidance and pricing for our most significant customers and contracts.
We deliver on this with a team of highly skilled and business - o riented team members and by providing the most competitive offering portfolio for th e large B2B segment in Sweden .
We strive to have solutions that help our customer's being succe s s ful in their business - with the best mobile and fiber network in Sweden as a foundation .
I am currently looking for a couple of new star s to join our team with focus on the mobile portfolio, the Unified communication portfolio and IoT and 3 rd party solutions portfolio .

As a Commercial Manager you will be the business brain of our business unit and driving the commercial strategy , plan and execution for your specific service offering area.
By working closely with colleagues in sales and CX & offering, you will translate our customer's strategic needs and challenges to improve , into possibilities for Telia - regardless of if it is new offerings or new market concepts that needs to be launched .
Is this you?
In this role you will also define the offering portfolio for Enterprise solution, with business rules and pricing, launch the offerings in our sales channels and drive necessary go-to-market activities.
You will be responsible to set a strategic plan for your service area followed by a plan to meet consequential financial, market and stock targets. This also include s closely monitoring the market development an d ensuring that our offering portfolio outperform s competition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify & translate market & trend analysis to business requirements.
  • Sets tactical marketing & communication (incl. CVM).
  • Go to market commun i cation and implementation,
  • Sets standard pricing, discount & campaigns.
  • Campaign management.
  • Segment business requirements .
  • Drives commercial decision s in BU Enterprise Sales
  • Control and follow-up on COGS and other cost related to portfolio.
  • Forecasting financial data such as SR development , Capex, etc

Qualifications:
We think you will meet most of the qualification areas below
  • Academic degree of master-level from engineering , econ o mics or similar
  • 5 years of experience from product management or similar in B2B area
  • Proven e xperience in communicating business value through business case and driving business decisions
  • Analytical thinking
  • Fluent in written Swedish and English
  • Proven track record of driving change, effectively communicating, influencing and engaging at all levels across a multinational matrix organization
  • Management and Project management skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
