Job Description
Our wished position is to be a dynamic center of excellence in marketing and communication, today and tomorrow,
and we are looking for a Business performance Manager who will play an important part to develop and lead a healthy and sustainable business for IMC.
This can be an opportunity for you to learn and grow in a multi dimensional environment. We are looking for a person with passion for performance, who want to be part of building this capability for IMC and has the drive, the 'can do' attitude and the capability to make the complex and scattered to be straight forward and simple.
You have the responsibility to lead and develop the performance framework for IMC with common and aligned objectives and goals, building on IMC's assignment and other IKEA performance frameworks. You work in close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate business plans and prioritized movements to measurable goals and KPI's. You enable fact based decision making and support in identifying opportunities and risks.
The team of five to six members and consists of Business Performance Leaders and Business Performance Analysts.
In your role you will ensure that the team is constantly developing and growing, while solving complex challenges that deliver business value.
You will:
  • Lead the translation of strategies into goals, KPIs, insights and actions
  • Develop and manage the Business Performance framework, i.e. secure an overview of the total IMC Business Performance and goalsetting process
  • Secure relevant Business Performance reporting
  • Contribute with insights in business plan processes
  • Make business insights available and inspire to fact-based decisions and actions for stakeholders within and outside IMC
  • Identify potentials for business improvement, new opportunities, and business risks, and challenge status quo with the intent to improve existing solutions and processes.
  • Lead a team of leaders and specialists, ensuring we are constantly developing and performing, while solving complex problems and tasks that deliver value

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, business management or equivalent
  • Managerial experience from international contexts
  • Recent experience working in another part of the IKEA or from a large organization in a relevant industry
  • Ability to concretize and structure complex topics and data
  • High level of integrity and good judgment and ability take sound decisions
  • Strong ability to prioritize, communicate and provide clear directions
