Responsibilities
• Translate strategies into goals, KPIs, insights, and actions• Develop and manage the Business Performance framework• Secure relevant Business Performance reporting• Contribute insights in business plan processes• Make business insights available and inspire fact-based decisions• Identify potentials for business improvement, new opportunities, and business risks• Lead a team of leaders and specialists• Constantly develop and perform while solving complex problems and tasks• Ensure the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality• Embrace diversity in the work environment
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in business, business management, or equivalent• Managerial experience from international contexts• Recent experience working in another part of IKEA or a large organization in a relevant industry• Ability to concretize and structure complex topics and data• High level of integrity, good judgment, and ability to make sound decisions• Strong ability to prioritize, communicate, and provide clear directions• Positive attitude, solution-oriented, and strong drive to collaborate and enable co-creation• Enjoy working in a fast-changing and complex environment with a focus on simplicity• Ability to lead across functions and organizations• Lead with authenticity and make values-based decisions
