This is a temporary position until December 2024.
To make sure that we are driving the business in an effective and transparent way, we are looking for a Business Controller to temporarily join the Business Control & Project Support team in R&D.
Your role
In the role you will develop and establishing processes for controlling in the Total Workstation R&D organization, an organization working with innovative solutions focused on automation and indoor location technology, integrating solutions across entities and divisions. You will be striving for a streamlined model for reviewing costs and KPIs throughout R&D and how to visualize these.
- Follow-up running costs and investments
- Support in developing plans, forecasts and business cases
- Support the organization for better cost control and knowledge around financials
- Develop reports for viewing detailed consolidated costs including currency effects etc.
- Develop and implement common models and reports for R&D Business Control
City: Nacka, Stockholm. We have a hybrid workplace. Travelling to Germany (2-4 occasions) is included in the role.
To succeed, you will need
You have at least a Bachelor of Science in accounting, finance, or a similar university degree, and a few years of experience in accounting or controlling. You will work with multinational entities and various organizations within the business area and therefore need the confidence and ability to drive process improvements and changes. Knowledge of working with analytical tools such as Power BI is a requirement, and interest around automation is encouraged.
