Your role
As a Business Controller at Surface Sensor Solutions, you will play an important role and work with our programs and the operation as a whole. Your overall goal will be to generate a positive business impact, provide early indicators to management and secure that Saabs accounting rules are followed. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Business Control Surface Sensor Solutions, you will also be a key member of the Finance Team and work closely together with the program managers.

Your responsibilities are:
- Be a co-pilot to the program managers in financial matters
- Monitor and control financial aspects of programs and projects such as follow-up and analyze, prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Be active and highlight issues and propose actions
- Analyze actuals and forecasts and initiate actions to improve financial performance
- Take care of financial planning through forecasts, budgets and business plan
- Work in close corporation with other controllers in the Finance function and actively participate and contribute to improvements and progress in processes, systems and control within the finance area.
Your profile
You possess a strong business acumen together with strategic awareness. You have extensive experience from financial planning, analysis, budget and reporting. However, your most important skill is your proactive and positive attitude.
Required background and experience:
- Experience from financial planning, analysis, budget, and reporting
- Hands-on experience working and driving financial change in a close to business/operational setting
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- Relevant academic degree
Required skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and solution oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Displays honesty, integrity, fairness
- Knows the importance of building relationships both within and across functions
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions, requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
The location of the position is in Järfälla.
