In this new role, you will be responsible for the corporate Business Control agenda and business follow-up of central units. The role is vital in facilitating the Long-Range Planning process, also securing transparency, co-operation, and alignment with business areas and BMG. You will be working closely with Corporate Financial Control and Corporate Strategy to secure and develop our abilities to create value for If. Thereby, your role is important in forming the future CFO organization and driving the way forward in an increasingly digitalized and high paced environment.

About the team
You will be part of the Corporate Control & Strategy organization, a part of the CFO organization which collaborates closely with the business areas and other corporate functions across If. The role will report to Head of Corporate Control & Strategy. You will be a part of a highly skilled and talented team of controllers and strategy managers, where we share knowledge and ideas to continuously stay ahead and help each other succeed along the way. As a team, we strive to be the preferred centre of contact for strategical, financial, and key business performance related topics and thanks to our central role and many touch points spanning all the way into the core business, we are in a good position to know a little about a lot and to tie it all together. This environment often encounters tight deadlines; hence we appreciate a flexible mindset, and we help each other out wherever needed.
Who are you?
You have a leadership mindset, are used to drive an agenda and execution, and can deal with complex organizational structures. - Academic/university degree on master level
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Business Controlling or similar
- Experience from project management and structured problem solving
- Ability to translate data and analysis into solid insights presented in a pedagogical way
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Swedish
