Business Analyst @Visma.net Erp

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our multinational organisation working with the development of Visma's flagship solution Visma.net ERP.
Our team:
Visma.net ERP is used in five different countries by thousands of professionals who depend on our application for completing their mission critical operations. We have been growing rapidly for the last few years and we expect our commercial success to be even stronger in the years to come. Our ERP organisation consists of more than 100 tech professionals spread across 8 different countries.
A strong part of our culture is that we help each other. You will be part of a team of 16 engaged and experienced colleagues, but will also work cross departments. The different teams are typically experts within certain areas of the application, but cross-team projects and collaboration is a criterion for success.
That's where you come in:
As a Business Analyst you can expect to be working with challenging tasks and projects in a complex application, together with supportive and highly engaged colleagues. You will be responsible for understanding and describing the customers needs to ensure we are developing the services due to good usability and business standards.
More exciting things you will do:

• Be part of moving Visma.net ERP into the future and ensure we continue to be best in class regarding automation and simplifying our end users daily work
• Writing specifications for new functionality and improvements and follow through and test from planning to production
• Assist and guide our support departments and our business units as an expert
• Present new functionality and improvements for the rest of the organisation

Who you are:
You are a great listener who understands the customer's needs and has a customer centric mindset. As a person you are structured and a self-starter that takes initiative without waiting for tasks to be assigned. You love to collaborate to reach the best performance as a team and therefore you ask questions to understand, ask for help and help others when needed.
You also have:

• A degree or work experience in a relevant field as finance, accounting or computer science, preferably both.
• Experience with ERP systems, or other comparable complex systems.
• Rest API and SQL database knowledge will be a benefit.
• Confident in using English as a working language (both oral and written)
