• Manage casting, hair & makeup brief and execution, final image editing, cropping and layout, retouch, image order• Be the H&M representative on set and manage external teams• Collaborate closely with Lookbook Stylists for execution enhancement• Secure strong product presentation on hm.com in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• Extensive experience as an Art Director for a comparable fashion brand (3+ years)• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment• Strong understanding of branding mechanisms and visual outcomes• Passion for and understanding of the fashion industry• Outstanding creative competence and visual eye
