Responsibilities
• Assume responsibility for the operation of the restaurant• Support the restaurant manager in leading the team• Work on improvements in service, quality, inventory, COGS, and waste• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Requirements
• Previous experience in the restaurant or service industry, preferably with personnel responsibility• Proficiency in Swedish and/or English• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends• Good communication skills• Structured and responsible• Motivated by and capable of motivating employees to achieve goals
