As an IT-Support Technician you will...
In this role, be part of a team that are responsible to provide IT-support (Hardware, software and IT-systems) to a Nordic organization of around 130 employee. Within the scope of the role, you will handle the following although not limited to these tasks:
- Provide support to all Cardif Nordic staff for all technical purpose (computers, phones, printers, scanners etc.) in a effective and user friendly manner
- Install, administrate, monitor and troubleshooting general office equipment (desktops/laptops etc.) locally and at the different sites, including security patches, network adminstration, new software updates, etc.As well as providing support for our telephone system, IT systems & other similar equipments.
- Monitor the performance and the capacity of the IS components with PRTG, Dynatrace etc.
- Keep the inventory of all hardware and software up-to date, including the Licenses and Support / Maintenance agreements. Perform quarterly follow-ups to make sure everything is compliant and order new IT-equipment if/when needed.
- Manage IT projects within the scope

In this role, you need to be able to communicate in English fluently, both written and orally. It's meritorious if you can speak and write in Swedish. Furthermore, we see that you have:
- Experience from a similar role
- IT-related education
- Experience from working in network- and serveradministration (CISCO, Active Directory, O365, Win and VMWare)
- Meritorious with skills within Python and/or Powershell
