What is "VIE"?
The VIE is a French international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. It's not possible to realize a VIE mission in your native country (for ex. Spanish in Spain). Where is the VIE Position?
The position is based in Örebro in Sweden with an excellent work environment with 25 office colleagues and 140 warehouse colleagues. Geographically well located, at 1,5 hours to Stockholm. International work environment and culture of enaggement on-site. Logisitcs Center easy to reach by public transportation to city center in 15 minutes or bike.
What is the Position?
Takes any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement.
- The Quality Excellence of the Offers delivered to the customers
- The Quality Excellence of Supply Chain (from Supplier to Customers)
- The timely and effectively management of customer containment actions (Business Risk Escalation, Offer Safety Alerts, Cyber Security, etc.)
- The Prevention actions to avoid recurrent issues
Which missions will you lead?
- In charge of the Quality of one or several sectors
- Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
- Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector
- Manage derogations
- Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter
- Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector
- Be a member of the Short Interval Management (SIM) of the DC
- Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP and Optimize Process (ex-PEP)), contribute to process/control capability implementation
- Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sector
- Address gaps and non compliance to the suppliers and check the effectiveness of the supplier actions
- Manage the incoming inspection policy and optimise it
- Follow-up the critical parts list and related supplier status
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Quality Engineer
Work experience: 1 or 2 years in a quality Department in Logistics/Manufacturing
