About You and the Role:
- Primary focus in the Digital Assist department, encompassing Global Service Desk, Onsite Support, Knowledge Management, User Access Management, Market Support, and Advanced/VIP Support
- Lead UX efforts to enhance the Self-service portal (ServiceNow) through user research, workshops, prototyping and design evaluation
- Conducting independent qualitative and quantitative user research
- Leading workshops to analyze data, prioritize tasks and plan design phases
- Enhancing portal findability and usability
- Designing solutions aligning with brand and technical capabilities
- Continuously evaluating the portal's structure
- Active participation in the Digital Workplace Experience team and support in UX tasks
- Champion a user-centric approach in all initiatives
Of utmost importance:
- 5 years of UX design experience with a track record in leading and coordinating UX initiatives
- Knowledge of ITSM tools, ServiceNow preferred
- Outcome-oriented and a reliable partner across all organizational levels
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
