We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Acessibility Software Engineer to join our dynamic team
What You Will Work On:
Take ownership of mobile app UI development, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Enhance our existing UI component library, contributing to a cohesive design system.
Develop and implement comprehensive guidelines for UI/UX/Accessibility, fostering a culture of inclusivity and user-centric design.
Actively participate in workshops focused on UI/UX/Accessibility, collaborating with stakeholders to refine product requirements and enhance testing processes.
Utilize TypeScript, React, or React Native to drive forward UI development efforts.
Maintain and optimize UI component libraries to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Incorporate multi-locale support, including right-to-left languages like Hebrew and Arabic, to cater to diverse user needs.
Contribute to native mobile development for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring consistency and quality across devices.
What You Bring:
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, or React Native, with a strong focus on UI/UX development.
Experience or education in design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and user experience.
Ability to maintain and evolve UI component libraries to support ongoing development efforts.
In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and its accessibility standards, ensuring compliance and inclusivity in design practices.
Prior experience with native mobile development for iOS and Android platforms, optimizing for performance and user experience.
Strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a significant advantage, facilitating effective communication within the team and with local stakeholders.
